Year round, you will have the opportunity to stroll the boardwalk and visit the many restaurants and shops in the quaint village on Solomons Island. If you prefer to bike, we have bicycles and helmets available. Weather permitting, you may want to fish, crab, kayak or canoe right from our pier or simply enjoy a good book while relaxing on the balcony.

During your stay, you will want to visit Calvert Marine Museum. This unique museum involves itself only in local estuarine, paleontology, and maritime history. St. Peter's Episcopal Church - click here for a larger picture...Drum Point Lighthouse is located on the museum grounds while Cove Point Lighthouse is minutes away by shuttle. Numerous historical and other tourist attractions await your exploration in both Calvert and St. Mary’s counties (visit our links page to learn more about them).

If you are interested in attending church, there are three historic and picturesque churches nearby. The closest is St. Peter’s Episcopal, with Solomons United Methodist and Our Lady Star of the Sea within walking distance.
